1. Scope
This notice applies to the public information website at werydo.com. The site provides information about Werydo and accepts voluntary pre-launch registrations from prospective passengers, everyday drivers, professional drivers, transport companies and partners. It does not take ride bookings, payments, identity documents or formal driver applications.
2. Information you choose to send
If you register or contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide: your name, email address, area of interest, city or region, any requested route and optional message. We use it to manage your registration, contact you about relevant research or launch updates, understand early demand and improve launch planning.
3. Technical information
Like most websites, our hosting providers may process limited request information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, device or browser information, requested pages, timestamps and security events. When a registration link contains simple campaign labels, we may save those labels with the registration to understand which outreach led to an opt-in. We do not currently use advertising trackers or sell personal information.
4. Legal bases and retention
Where European data-protection law applies, pre-launch registrations are handled with your consent and enquiries may also be handled to respond to your request or for our legitimate interest in launch planning. You may withdraw consent at any time. We aim to delete inactive pre-launch registration data within 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless it is needed longer for a legal obligation or active request.
5. Service providers and international transfers
Website hosting, database, security and email providers may process information on our behalf. Their systems may operate in more than one country. We use service providers that offer contractual and technical safeguards, and we will expand this notice as the production service and provider list are finalised.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
