These terms govern your use of werydo.com. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and not interfere with its availability, security or operation. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.
2. Pre-launch information
Werydo is a mobility product in development. Descriptions of planned features, service areas, safety tools, pricing approaches and launch opportunities are informational and may change. Nothing on this website is an offer or promise to provide transport services.
3. No booking or transport contract
Entering a route preview or submitting a pre-launch registration does not create a ride booking, confirmed place, driver relationship, partnership, employment relationship or contract for transport. Formal eligibility, verification and service terms will apply if and when onboarding or bookings open.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, scrape it in a way that disrupts service, impersonate another person or use site content for unlawful or misleading purposes.
5. Content and intellectual property
The Werydo name, visual identity, website design and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to public pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. Other use requires prior permission.
6. Availability and liability
We aim to keep information accurate and the site available, but pre-launch content is provided without a guarantee that it is complete, current or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising solely from reliance on pre-launch information. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update this site and these terms as Werydo develops. The date above shows the latest revision. Launch-ready terms will identify the responsible legal entity, governing law and relevant service-specific rights.
